Kamas, Utah – DeJoria Center welcomes country favorite, Logan Mize.
Global country artist and touted by Country Music Television (CMT) as a “must-see indie artist”, Logan Mize will hit the stage at DeJoria Center on Friday, February 21st. Logan, always an enthusiastic performer, notes “I’m always excited every time we announce another tour…It’s another step in creating the big vision I’ve always had. I’m thankful for the die-hards that have been following us for years and I’m looking forward to all the new friends and fans we meet along the way.” Over the years, Mize has opened for acts like Eric Church, Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, and Blake Shelton.
Mize is known for his edgy vocals, up-beat country rhythms and progressive band famous for their heavy drumbeats and big open chords. Fans can look forward to a truly intimate experience in the DeJoria’s intimate, uber state-of-the-art venue where every single seat is the best seat in the house. According to Rolling Stone Magazine, Willie Jones “seems an awful lot like the future of country music.” 4SOUND / EMPIRE recording artist and Black River Publishing songwriter Willie Jones, is a native of Shreveport, LA.
Jones grew up loving Country music and remembers wanting to be a Country music artist as early as age 14. His two most recent releases: “Whole Lotta Love” and “Bachelorettes on Broadway”, an ode to Nashville’s status as the #1 bachelorette party destination in the country, have seen massive streaming support. Apple, Spotify, Amazon, Tidal, and Pandora have all added the electrifying track to their biggest playlists including the cover of Hot Country.
Jones recently shared the stage with Dwight Yoakam at the legendary Ryman Auditorium, receiving standing ovations back to back nights. He also wrapped up a successful run with the Eli Young Band, Chase Rice, Willie Nelson, a European tour with Michael Ray and eyes 2020 with Festival stages at C2C in Europe and Stage Coach.
ABOUT CARVER LOUIS
Carver Louis born and raised in small town Tooele, Utah lived the life of any home town kid. He grew up playing sports for the local high school, from running track to being the quarterback of the football team. During rodeo season he ran shoots and did Monday Night Buck Outs, all while listening to the greats like George Straight and Alan Jackson. Being molded by small town country music it was only fitting that Carver took the title of Mr. Tooele 2016 with his cover of Thomas Rhett’s “Die a Happy Man.”
During his career Carver has been given the opportunity to open for a wide range of country artists including: Rodney Atkins, Travis Denning, John Micheal Montgomery, Diamond Rio, Carly Pierce, Morgan Evans, Thompson Square, Trick Pony, LoCash, Midland, Coffey Anderson, Waterloo Revival and Black Hawk. During his shows he commits to give the audience 100%, pouring his heart out in every song never leaving the audience disappointed.
