Does my child need a ticket?

3 years and under are not required to have a ticket, unless they need their own seat. Children over 3 years will need a ticket.

What can I bring into the venue?

Permitted items for Outdoor Concerts:

Lawn chairs
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages
Dogs are welcome on a leash and owner is responsible for clean up
Coolers (coolers may be searched for alcohol)

Permitted items for Indoor Concerts:

Purses (subject to be searched)
Diaper Bags (subject to be searched)

Non-permitted items for Outdoor Concerts:

Glass containers

Non-permitted items for Indoor Concerts:

Can tickets be purchased at the venue?

Yes, the Ticket Office is located East of the main doors to the DeJoria Center and is open the day of the show at 5pm till the show starts.

Tickets for paid events are available for purchase online 24/7 at www.dejoriacenter.com.

What are Flash Seats?

Flash seats is a digital ticketing system that allows you to enter an event using the mobile app or credit card that was used to purchase the tickets.
If you purchase Flash Seats and have not downloaded the mobile app or are unable to present the credit card used to purchase your tickets, you will be directed to the Ticket Office and charged a $5 printing fee.

What is Balcony Seating?

Balcony Seating is General Admission (first come first serve) for guests 21 and older only and is located on the second floor off of State Road Tavern. Balcony seats allow guests to purchase food and drinks from the bar menu rather than concessions and beer with Floor Seating tickets.

Guests MUST present a VALID (not expired) photo ID to access their Balcony Seats. Failure to do so will result in relocation to a Floor Seat if available. No refunds will be issued.

What is Floor Seating?

Floor Seating is located on the main floor of the DeJoria Center and is for all ages unless otherwise specified.

What is VIP Booth Seating?

VIP Booths may be purchased online through our event page, Smithstix, or by calling or visiting the venue Ticket Office located on the main floor of the DeJoria Center.

What does VIP Booth Seating include?

• Elevated seating for eight (8) people
• A menu and server for your convenience
VIP Booth guests may provided a banner to hang on their booth during the show (i.e. a business’s banner, a custom “Happy Birthday” banner, etc.) Banners MUST be approved by DeJoria Center staff by noon the day of the show.

What dining options are available?

State Road Tavern (21 and older only with valid photo ID) and State Road Restaurant (all ages) are located inside the DeJoria Center and open at 5pm on the day of a show. Reservations in advance for State Road Restaurant are recommended. State Road Tavern does not take reservations.

Concessions are located inside the main floor seating area and open with doors. Food, Snacks, non-alcoholic beverages and beer are sold in concessions. Alcohol cannot be migrated from the bar or restaurant into the main floor area.

Please be prepared to show a valid photo ID to purchase alcohol.

What if we can't make the show?

If you purchased tickets through Flash Seats you can sign into your account and transfer them to friends or family. You can also sell your tickets through your Flash Seats account. Scalping on the property is NOT permitted.

What if the weather is bad?

Shows will proceed rain, snow or shine. Refunds will not be issued due to bad weather.

Is there lodging or camping available at DeJoria Center?

Unfortunately, DeJoria Center does not offer lodging or camping on-site. The closest lodging is a short, 15 minute drive to Park City and camping is available up Mirror Lake Highway. Visit www.recreation.org for information on camping and RV sites.

Is there transportation to DeJoria Center?

Unfortunately, DeJoria Center does not offer in-house transportation to our events from Salt Lake or nearby cities like Park City or Heber.

Where is DeJoria Center located and how do I get there?

DeJoria Center is located in Kamas, UT, just 15 minutes East of Park City and 45 minutes East of Salt Lake City.

Both Lyft and Uber services are available to and from our facility as well as many taxi services offered in and around Park City.

Does DeJoria Center rent spaces for business events, parties, weddings and wedding receptions?

YES WE DO! We enjoy turning our venue into a custom event space for businesses, parties, weddings and wedding receptions.

What activities are available on-site?
